BISSON LAB

We are a curiosity-driven research group studying archaeal mechanobiology at the interface of cell biology, evolution, and biophysics. We investigate how forces, material properties, and molecular self-organization result into complex systems from simple principles.

The Bisson Lab has a new home!

We are excited to be part now of the Biology Department at Indiana University, Bloomington.

We are actively recruiting scientists with experience in multiple areas including advanced microscopy, soft-matter/biophysics, (bio)engineering, and synthetic biology. More details in JOIN.
